Before placing a your order, Please read through our terms and conditions. Your use of this web-site means your acceptance of these terms and conditions and you are bound to the terms and conditions set out below on babytown.com.au.
All our prices include GST but not delivery charges unless as labeled “Free Shipping”. Our latest prices are explicitly marked on our web-site and they are fixed on the time when your order is accepted by us. Any price change after the procession of your order will not apply to your order. Though care has been taken to our prices on our web-site, some mistakes may happen, for example, an exceptionally low price. In that case, we reserve the right to correct those mistakes by cancelling your order and refunding you, whether we have accepted your order or not.
We try our best to ensure that only accurate and up-to-date information and pricing of our products are placed on our web-site. However, the Babytown Australia disclaim liability for any incorrect information, and it is the responsibility of the customers to make sure whether the product information is correct when they place their orders.
The Babytown Australia promises to present our current stock status as precise as we can and endeavour to supply all the items listed on our web-site. However, on some occasions, you order an item marked as in stock or available, but in fact it is not, we will ensure we advise you ASAP and offer you an option of either an exchange or a refund.
You can cancel your order before your ordered item has been shipped. In that case, you will receive a full refund or an exchange.
You may return an item(s) if it is faulty or damaged during delivery. The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase for full refund.
Items will not be refunded if you had a change of mind or misused the product in any way that would have cause damage or fault to the item(s).
Please ensure the returning item(s) is packed adequately packed so that no further damage can occur. If possible please return the item(s) in the original packaging.
If it is damaged during the returning shipping, the return will not be accepted. Item(s) must be returned via a shipping method that has a tracking number.

- Wait for further instructions from Babytown Australia.
The Babytown Australia offers a nation-wide delivery by either our own drivers or a third-party contractor. We promise to deliver the ordered items as promptly as possible, but we declaim liability for any loss caused by any delivery delays or cancellation of orders. We will deliver the items to the address nominated on the order. All deliveries will require your signature as a proof of delivery. You will be notified of the delivery date as soon as your order has been dispatched, and you should ensure someone is available at the nominated address on the delivery date to receive the goods. If our courier attempts a delivery but there is no one available at the nominate address, re-delivery fees may apply.
